Tiny cramped room

Booked this hotel in order to attend wedding. Booked twin room but were given single room with 2 beds squashed in leaving 14.5 inches between them. Bedside lights both not working, no remote for TV, leak in bathroom so water running along floor constantly and extremely lumpy mattresses on the beds. We had booked for a week but stayed one night and got accommodation elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!

The room was newly renovated, modern, it had central heating, an iron and coffee/tea makers.

We had a great time at this place, it was nice and conveniently located near Tunnels Beaches, shops, and beaches.

Everything here was lovely, I would stay here again. Fabulous hotel, breakfast each day was savoury and the location to beach area was incredible. The staff was really friendly, provided me with a new-fashioned family room.

The staff was accommodating and pleasant and the host too.

The hotel is pleasant and quiet, the staff are friendly, and we liked the convenient location near Ilfracombe, Devon, UK. the beautiful harbour and Tunnels Beaches were great too. Our experience here was very, very good!
